1.1. These Terms govern the use of the software platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Printboost OÜ.
1.2. By using the Service, the User fully agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the Service.
1.3. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ukraine, as well as the requirements of the GDPR (EU) and CCPA (USA).
2.1. Access to the Service is granted after an account is created by a product manager upon the User’s request.
2.2. The User is required to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
3.1. The Service includes a 30-day free trial period.
3.2. Once the trial period ends, continued use of the Service is subject to a paid subscription (monthly or annual plan).
3.3. Users may also choose to purchase a server-based version of the Service to host it on their own infrastructure.
3.4. Users must use the Service in compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

6.2. A built-in comment system in the task manager allows users to share information internally.
6.3. Feature updates and custom development are available upon request and are billed separately.
7.1. Users must use the Service lawfully and must not infringe on the rights of others.
7.2. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Service’s functionality, pricing, or these Terms, with prior notice to Users.
8.1. The Service uses cookies to support platform functionality, enhance the user experience, and for analytics purposes.

9.1. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from improper use of the Service or technical issues caused by factors beyond its control.
